About the Cats:
Can I bring my own cat?
No. We do not allow outside cats in the lounge. All of our resident cats come through one of our rescue partners where they are fully vetted before joining the lounge. This helps keep everyone safe, healthy, and stress-free.
What rescue organizations do you partner with?
We proudly partner with:
- A Tail In Need Animal Rescue
- NOLA Kitten Nursery
- Big Easy Animal Rescue
Do you take in strays or cats that need to be rehomed?
We do not take cats directly from the public. All cats enter the lounge through one of our rescue partners.
If you've found a stray or need to rehome a cat, we recommend contacting a local rescue organization or animal shelter for assistance.
Are the cats adoptable?
Yes! Every cat in the lounge is available for adoption through the rescue organization caring for that cat.
Can I adopt a cat the same day?
No. All adoption applications are processed by the rescue organization caring for that cat to help ensure the best match for both the cat and adopter.
What if the cats are sleeping or shy?
That's completely normal! Cats sleep a lot, and every cat has a different personality. Some are playful and outgoing, while others prefer to relax or observe.
How many cats are in the lounge?
We maintain a comfortable number of cats so they have plenty of room to play, relax, and be themselves.
Do the cats ever get overwhelmed?
Yes. We carefully limit guest capacity and provide plenty of quiet time and breaks to keep our cats happy and comfortable.
Can I pick up the cats?
No. Please let the cats choose how they'd like to interact with you.

Booking & Admission
Why is there an admission fee?
Your admission helps support the daily care of our rescue cats, including food, litter, toys, enrichment, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for both our cats and guests. It also helps us continue partnering with local rescue organizations to give more cats the opportunity to find loving homes.
Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?
Reservations are recommended to guarantee your spot, but walk-ins are welcome when space is available.
How long are sessions?
Reservations are available in one-hour sessions. Walk-in guests may have 30-minute sessions available if space allows.
What happens if I'm late?
Your session will still end at its scheduled time, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
Can I stay longer?
If we have availability, absolutely! Just ask one of our team members.
Do you offer refunds?
All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable if you're unable to attend.
Is there a capacity limit?
Yes. We limit the number of guests to ensure a comfortable experience for both our visitors and our cats.
